For breakdowns, use Turo’s 24/7 roadside assistance via the app. 🧼 Cleaning Policy Excessive dirt, spills, or stains may result in a cleaning fee of $150–$200. Please avoid eating messy food or leaving trash in the car. ⚠️ Range Awareness (EV-Specific) Always monitor range and plan ahead—running out of battery can lead to costly towing. Turo does not cover towing if the car runs out of charge due to driver negligence. 🅿️ Parking Tickets & Tolls You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, or violations incurred during your trip. Fees may be charged after your trip if unpaid.
