SFO car park confusing and won’t use Turo there again. Terry started to get the shits when I couldn’t find her car - she said next to the elevator but low and behold there are 2 elevators and I was at the wrong one - doubt Terry knew there were 2 of them, she made me out to be a fool cause I couldn’t find the car. We don’t have huge car parks in Australia. There was stuff left in the car ie Sun glasses and also crumbs.

Perfect example of Insatiable! I could tell you felt inadequate by the way you were still responding 18hrs later about not being able to find the car. You were given exact instructions about how to find the car. I still walked you through it to the tune of 45 minutes. Low vibration never supercedes Peace. Hope you had a good vacation.😊

Car switched at the last minute due to vehicle having an oil change, a totally foreseeable event. Reserved a Land Rover, got a Jeep. Not the same thing at all. Disappointing.

15 minutes after scheduled meet up time host informed guest that the originally booked vehicle (Range Rover) was having mechanical issues and offered another vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) in its place.
If host had informed guest earlier, this would have been a non-issue. However, informing me 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled meet up ultimately made us over an hour and a half behind schedule by the time the Jeep arrived.
Host did offer to pick up Jeep at SFO International at no additional cost which was appreciated.

Thank you for your brief synopsis of the experience you had regarding your use of my vehicle. I would have rather had this review than that of a issue with my vehicle & having to pick/swap during your trip. I take pride in my vehicles & something as simple as 25 point inspections are necessary as well as important. By the way, it's called Sh** Happens!👍
While we're complaining, how was the Jeep?! Stay Well☺️
