NO SMOKING OR VAPING - CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY COVID-19 UPDATE: To ensure the safety of all guests, frequently touched surfaces inside and outside the vehicle such as steering wheel and door handles are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each trip. I greet all my guests with a face mask and expect them to use either a face mask or covering during check-in and check-out so we can keep each other safe. A car for the adventurous. Small enough to be fun to drive and handle, but big enough to comfortably accommodate the whole family. Great fuel economy and extra room for bags, sporting equipment and car seats. Guidelines

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind INSIDE OR AROUND the vehicle. I can't stress this enough. If you claim you "aired out" and didn't technically smoke inside the car but the vehicle is returned with odor of smoke (tobacco or marijuana) or vaping scents, a $100 detail cleaning fee WILL apply. Pets are ok, but please return the vehicle clean. Please beware that you are expected to be on time, especially when the vehicle is being delivered to you. I understand plans change and I will try to accommodate any trip change requests as long as they are made reasonably in advance. If you think you may need to pick-up or return the car at a different time, submit a change request through the app. If you are 30 minutes late to pick-up the vehicle, your trip will be cancelled as a guest no-show in accordance with Turo's policy. Additionally, returning the car late without notice is not acceptable and subject to additional usage fees per Turo’s policy.

  • What disinfection measures do you take?

    Due to COVID-19 I wipe down all frequently touched surfaces (such as steering wheel, door latch, etc...) with Lysol wipes before and after each trip. I also sanitize my hands with 70% alcohol hand sanitizer and wear a face mask when driving the vehicle for delivery to avoid contaminating the disinfected surfaces.

  • How should I handle tolls?

    The car does come with an EZ-Pass transponder for your convenience. If you would like to use it, just take it from the glove box and place it on the dash. This allows you to skip the toll booth anywhere EZ-Pass is accepted. I will then make a request for reimbursement for any toll charges incurred during your trip. Please note it may take up to 60 days for the your toll transaction to be posted, so you may not see a reimbursement request within that period. However, you will see it within 90 days from the end of your trip.

  • What if I want to pay cash for toll or I have my own EZ-Pass?

    If you do not want to use the car's EZ-Pass, simply keep it in the glove box.

  • What's your policy on smoking or vaping?

    As a global rule, Turo does not allow smoking inside rentals. However, beware that if you smoke before entering the vehicle, smoke will linger and no amount of scented disinfectant will mask the smell. To avoid being charged with a hefty "Smoke Odor" incidental charge, I recommend not smoking anywhere near the vehicle or just before entering the vehicle. If you claim you didn't smoke inside the vehicle but the car smells of smoke when you return it, the charge will still apply. If you or any of your passengers are smokers and you are worried about getting charged extra due to the smoke odor, I would NOT recommend booking this vehicle. It is very costly to clean smoke odor from the car, which is why I enforce Turo's rule 100% of the time.
