WE ARE 5 MINS AWAY FROM LAX! EASIEST WAY TO VIEW OUR CARS IS TO PUT EL SEGUNDO, CA, UNLIMITED MILES, OR LAX. ** We do NOT deliver directly to LAX. If you have chosen the vehicle to be delivered to LAX, ADDED 09/23/2021 - There are 2 options to get to the vehicle: 1.) The vehicle will be parked in our lot. Our lot is located 2 miles away from LAX. You will need to use Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the location is given (we do not pay for the Uber/Lyft/Taxi). 2.) You can take a shuttle directly to your vehicle for the cost of anywhere between $0-$20 round trip (**details are released 24 hours prior to check-in) The return of the vehicle will also be in our lot and NOT at LAX. If you also need to park your car in our lot, please contact me directly. This is a Toyota Highlander 2019. **This car requires regular 87 octane gas. Please keep all fuel receipts when returning the car** PLEASE read the following: - **VERY IMPORTANT: Since we do contactless drop off for the vehicle, we are not able to personally verify your driver’s license. We know Turo already verified your driver’s license. However, Turo STILL REQUIRES the host to verify it one more time. ** ONLY UPLOAD YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE AND THE SELFIE 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TRIP OR AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR CHECK-IN TIME. The renter will be asked to upload 2 things: 1. A close-up photo of their driver’s license with the first few digits of the license number obscured. 2. A selfie with them holding their license next to their face. We must verify that the driver’s license is not expired, the name on the driver’s license matches the name of the primary guest and lastly, we must verify the date of birth. As proof, here is the link from Turo that states a host must verify the renter’s driver’s license: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203991680-How-to-check-in-a-guest- - If the driver’s license is not uploaded, we will NOT unlock the vehicle for you and will report it to Turo. Once we verify the driver’s license, you are more than welcome to delete it. You will receive the vehicle cleaned inside/out and with a full tank of gas. Please bring it back the same way you receive it. There is NO SMOKING in the vehicle. NO marijuana or cigarettes. If you bring marijuana inside, please make sure it's properly sealed. If the smell lingers, it will get stuck in the vents and you are fully responsible for that. There will be a full charge. **PLEASE read the GUIDELINES section on the profile for more information. Guidelines

- We do contactless drop-off and pick-up. However, there might be some instances where we would need to hand you the key (for example, if the device that we have in the car is not working). - There is NO SMOKING in the vehicle. No marijuana or cigarettes. - The car will be ready for you cleaned and sanitized. Therefore, we expect the vehicle to be returned cleaned inside and out unless you purchased the Post Trip cleaning option which is $20. If the vehicle is returned significantly dirty, we will file for a reimbursement for post-trip cleaning through Turo in which they will make the final decision. - The car will have a full tank of gas for your trip. If the vehicle is returned not having the same fuel level as received, then a reimbursement will be filed on Turo. Turo puts a $10 inconvenience fee on top of what needs to be refueled. - We will send you information stating how to check in to the vehicle within 24-23 hours before your trip. If you are picking up the vehicle, we will also send you instructions on where to pick it up. Please read over the information that we will be sending out. - Upon checking out, please make sure to check the vehicle before leaving and that you have all your belongings. If by any chance that you left something, you will have to pick it up from our location.

It was a nice ride, the car was clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond , however he failed to check that the tire pressure was very low and a safety issue when we picked it up and it turned out to have a nail. We had to take it to the tire shop ourselves to get it repaired pausing our trip. The liftgate was also malfunctioning not lifting all the way up which was a hassle to work around in loading/unloading items. These issues were not taken care of before our rental.

It was a nice ride, the car was clean and comfortable.
