Please note this is my personal vehicle and I take a lot of pride, time and effort to keep it clean and in great condition. I expect you to treat my vehicle with care and respect and return it in the condition it was presented to you. The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be an appropriate cleaning charge. Please do not run it through automatic wash, it will damage paint and exterior. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the car. No pets. (Cleaning fees up to $250 will be charged if violated) Please remember that you are responsible for any tickets during your trip. Thank you!

The Telluride was a good choice. Smooth ride. Good price. No issues. Good on gas. Pickup and drop off was easy. Sarven answered questions and kept me informed. Only small issue, the interior could’ve been a little cleaner but it wasn’t anything to deter me from renting from Sarven in the future. I would recommend.

Car was nice and clean. Host was responsive and gave detailed instructions, easy to follow. Pick up and drop off was convenient but i did have to get a ride to the location as there was no airport shuttle to drop me off nearby. Overall it was good service and worked out great for my family of 7
