First time using this app and I was very impressed by this experience. Andres was easy to reach, timely and patient as I navigated through this for the first time. The jeep was a lot of fun to drive, I have a similar jeep at home and for those who have not experienced the Sky One Touch Power Top, rent this jeep!! El Paso and its environs are the perfect place for this rig. Drive over to Las Cruces and do some hiking. The owner, Leon, is a cool dude who is very accommodating. We decided to rent this car for a trip to Santa Fe, and were particularly interested in the AWD and different drive options available. Little did we know the we would find ourselves in the middle of a pretty big winter storm. The Jeep worked beautifully in the weather and outperformed a lot of 4x4 and larger trucks we saw stuck in the snow. If we had gone with any other car, I think we would have had a really unpleasant experience. This car got us where we needed to go, safely and comfortably. The host delivered and picked up the car to our home free of charge. Everything was so much better than the normal rental car agency experience. We will be renting from this host again for future Santa Fe trips.
