Karlo was very accommodating. The car I originally booked got cancelled only because the previous renter's flight got cancelled and due to bad weather conditions they had to extend. But, Karlo immediately offered me another vehicle which actually turned out to be better for the road conditions at the time. He really went above and beyond for me.

This car was great to move around while my car was being fixed. Kids fit great with two car seat, trunk space for groceries. Car was nice and clean. The owner answer any questions or concerns very fast. Highly recommend this car!

Car makes a strange noise when turning right. Christ said it was normal, but the noise does not happen when turning left, so ... not sure. BUT neither of the two drivers noticed any actual problems besides that. Car feels very heavy and powerful and safe. We drove it on city road and mountain roads. Very good. Car in excellent condition and Chris was very accommodating both at pick up, and when we had to change the return date. He is also a very pleasant person with whom to interact.
