Turro failed us this was the third car we were given. Then the car was dirty and smelled like smoke. However, they were very professional over messages and prompt at responding.

We are sorry for the smell of smoke; the car was just returned from another guest when you booked it. If the other guest smoked in it, we will definitely report them to Turo for their misbehavior.
We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by Turo, as they were slow to assist you with your issues right away. However, as soon as you booked the car from us, we delivered it to you in less than 20 minutes.
