As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from you. ***** JUST A FEW CONDITIONS ***** (1) Must be 21+ years of age with valid drivers licenses to rent (2)Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana. If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($350+). (3) Turo which is now the Turo App is Required. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it.

  • Returning a car late?

    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify Turo. so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car?

    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their drivers license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.

  • Returning a car earlier?

    Please let us know ASAP. Cause we offer airport delivery service, and it may takes time to arrange a person to give you a ride to airport. So we highly recommend you give us a notice if you want to return car earlier. In this way , you don’t need to wait and we can immediately ride you to airport terminal.

  • What if there is damage to the vehicle or get into an accident?

This was our first time using Turo. We were looking for an alternative to taking the shuttle bus to the Rental Center and waiting in line for as much as an hour to get our rental car. This was far easier. Flowdy met us at the Alaska Arrival area with the car. There was a short wait, but nothing like you would experience at the Rental Center. The car had a full tank of gas, was roomy...there were three of us, and ran fine. Turning the car back in to him was equally quick and easy. We are sold and will be using him on our next visit.

Was a problem with the wipers and he offered to cancel the reservation but at that point we just wanted the car. We were also 2 hours late for drop off due to the ferry being way behind and he was very accommodating.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time! I rarely give bad reviews but truly want to save anyone contemplating renting through TURO and especially from this host. Had to wait over an hour at our arrival gate at Seattle airport for host to arrive with car and that was after repeated TURO messages and direct messages and call/voicemails ALL unanswered… this location for delivery of the vehicle had been confirmed on multiple occasions as was the time. So absolutely NO EXCUSE for this. To top that off when I arrived at my gate at the designated drop off time… he again was tardy and not waiting as scheduled… fortunately he was only 5-10 minutes late or his vehicle would have been towed from the departure gate drop off area.
