Please Note: 👉🏼 Take Care of the Car Accidents and issues happen, we understand. Please contact us ASAP if anything happens and we will work through a resolution together. 👉🏼 Keep it Clean! The vehicle will be delivered to you cleaned and disinfected prior to each rental for your convenience and comfort! Please respect the next renter by returning it back clean.. We do not want to charge cleaning fees to be fair to guests unless guest return car “unreasonably dirty” Please follow all Turo guidelines during your trip and return the Jeep clean :) We instruct guests to be tidy and respectful but don’t expect them to wash or detail the car. We expect a guest to return the car at a level of dirtiness that comes naturally from travel and use. If the car is “Unreasonably dirty” means that it requires a great deal more of your time and effort than a quick rinse or vacuuming, then guests will be charged a cleaning fee. Heavy Cleaning-$100, Severe Cleaning-$150 ⚠️🚭🚭🚭NO SMOKING! 🚭🚭🚭⚠️ We will charge up to $250 to get the smell out the car. Therefore, please do not eat nor smoke in or around the car. 👉🏼Please do not drive in the rain with the top off & No off roading: trail or rocky terrain, etc... 🐕 Although car can be pet friendly, car needs to be returned pet hair free. PLEASE NOTE: 👉🏼Car key is programmed with remote starter. If lost, replacement fee is $300 👉🏼Also, the person who book the car with their Turo account has to be the one to check-in with their driver license for pick up. Please do not send someone else. Thanks
