Nice vehicle and the host gave clear instructions to pick up/ drop off. 3rd row is smaller and takes up trunk space so if you have many bags you may not be able to fit additional people in the last row.

The communication with great with Brittany and Keith. Only reason why I lowered it one star is because there was a large crack in the windshield and a maintenance light on when receiving the car. I saw this in a review after I booked. The prior review was a month earlier so I had hoped these were fixed. My nieces were a bit scared when riding in the snow that something may happen. If these were maintained I would have rated a five star trip.

Greaa communication. Pickup and drop off was very easy from the airport. Only had a couple of issues. Check engine light was on for maintenance, windshield was cracked, and the vehicle was dirty (inside and out). Found a hat left from the previous booking. Overall was a good car. Great traction through the mountains and ran good.

Had a good experience with good communication with the host. We didn't run into any mechanical issues or problems during our trip. The only issue we had was the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle upon receiving it when we picked it up from the lot. There was a fairly large noticeable crack in the middle of the windshield, and the vehicle's maintenance light was on when we got it, so we were a bit worried about driving it for another week during our trip. The outside of the car and the floor mats were still dirty from the snow from the previous trip (which we understood since it was parked in uncovered parking and it gets dirty). But overall the vehicle ran smoothly and was able to help my family comfortably get around town without any major issues.

Yes we have been getting snow weekly and roads from the car wash are messy. We also use the black rubber all weather floor mats so they show every foot print on the way back from the car wash. The maintenance light is tripped every 5,000 miles to let us know it is time to stop in for an oil change and inspection which we do at Brakes Plus when we have the next gap in the rental schedule. Thanks again for coming out to Colorado.
