Host gave very clear, timely instructions which was appreciated. I looked at several listings for Denver airport and I believe this host most accurately describes the process of the shuttle bus/offsite lot and doesn't make you pay any extra parking fees. The shuttles do run frequently but have limited capacity and the whole process takes some time so just allow for that. Kinda the nature of the beast for car rentals in general. The car itself was sufficient. I couldn't get the carplay to work, there was something about phone mirroring and we didn't seem to have the right cable (looked like a USB-A port) so that could have been user error but overall it met our needs for this trip. I'd still choose Turo over an rental car company.

The host was very professional and everything went smoothly with the transaction and all logistics. Our only concern was that the car had more mileage than we expected (over 50,000 miles) and while the interior was perfect and clean, the exterior was scratched and had a couple of door dings. We were also not thrilled with the ride quality of the vehicle, but that may be the nature of it. The vehicle's utility was great, accommodating a family of four and all luggage.
