If you have more than two people to your party, there is very spacious bench seating for three with an optional center console cupholder for (two) back seat passengers. With a huge trunk ready to fit all your luggage or gear, Midnight is a great choice for your Colorado experience. But if comfort and space isn't enough, this newer Nissan model offers user-friendly touch-screen features for your entertainment. Parking details

Our vehicle is typically parked near Pub on Penn, on the right side of Pennsylvania street between 12th and 13th, unless specified otherwise. Pickup and return will be at this location. If parking is unavailable on either side of the street please park relatively close and pay good attention to any street signs that announce street sweeping. Street sweeping is April - November. Westside: The 1st Tuesday of the month. Eastside: The 1st Wednesday of the month. If the vehicle is parked on the side of the street during a scheduled street sweeping day, it will be ticketed and may be towed to a new location. Please refer to posted signs and adhere to any parking restrictions that may be in place to avoid this as it is very expensive. Any tickets acquired due to negligence of this will, unfortunately, result in extra billing so be cautious of city street parking signs always. Upon pickup, you can refer to the Turo app (Trips > Booked > Details> Photos) to cross-reference car location and easily find where the car is. When dropping off the car, I request that you please provide informative images as well so I can quickly locate my vehicle in case there is another booking immediately thereafter.

Guidelines

Eating and drinking non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the vehicle, but please no smoking of any kind. Do not add any fragrances or smells to the car’s interior or a cleaning fee may be applied to remove the odor. Pets are prohibited. Please respect our guidelines as we would like to continue to give excellent service to our future guests. I kindly request that the interior of the car be returned in the same condition in which it was received. All trash and items must be removed from inside the car or be thrown away prior to returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned in the conditions as stated above, a $150 fee will be charged to you. If the car needs a complete cleaning or detailing, costs could be more.

  • What happens if I return the car dirty? How dirty is dirty?

    If you find that your trip has been messy, you can add a post-trip cleaning option to your trip at any time. However if you would like to avoid extra fees, return the car with the trash removed, a clean interior, no dings or scratches. (Again, you are responsible for any damage to the car that occurred during your trip, interior issues such as spills will be considered neglect and a detailing fee of $200 will be fined.)

  • What happens if I return the car without a full tank of gas?

    When you receive the car, note the amount of gas that is in the tank. You will be expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that was in the tank when you picked up the vehicle. We recommend photo documenting this at the start of your trip and uploading your photo record to the Turo App (See: Trip > Details > Trip Photos).

  • Where do I retrieve the keys to the car?

    Keys to the vehicle are provided through our lockbox method found on the driver's side car door. The four-digit passcode is given in our detailed instructions after you've booked.

  • Where do I return the car?

    Where you select your location for vehicle pick up when booking your trip is also going to be the drop-off location when returning the vehicle. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate vehicle returns to a different location than where picked up at the start of your trip (with the exception of walking distance) due to Turo regulations.

  • What happens if the car is damaged in any way?

    You are responsible for any damage incurred during your time with the car. On each trip, photos of the car are documented in great detail. If the car is not returned in the same condition it was received you will be charged for reimbursement for how much it is to fix the damage. Charges may vary.

  • What's the deal with mileage? Can I leave the state?

    For your trip, travelers are granted 200 miles per day with no fee. Choosing to add Unlimited Miles allows you more space to move without counting for a comfortable $85. Our car can not leave this state, but we hope you thoroughly enjoy the beautiful state of Colorado.

It started with me messing up the dates. Summer really tried to work with us to change it but it didn't work out. So we just Uber'd around the first day (expensive mistake on my part) and picked up the car per the original reservation. The car was clean just what needed to go see the nearby sights. Summer was communicative and quick to answer.

I am allergic to strong perfume odors and there was one of those car scent hangers in the car that I had to enclose in a ziplock bag to be able to be inside the car. I should have made request earlier and it wouldn’t have been a problem.
