Guidelines
Cleanliness: ✅ Car will be given clean. Please make sure to return it in the same condition. ✅ Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and/or shakedown of the floor mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. ✅ if the car cannot be returned clean we highly suggest purchasing a post-trip cleaning option. GAS ✅ Car will usually have a full tank of gas please return it with the same gas level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up per Turo policy. If it’s not returned at the same level you will be charged the actual fuel cost + $10 inconvenience fee for refueling. 🚭🚭🚭Absolutely no smoking. If there is any lingering smell or any other evidence of smoking you will be charged at least $250 detailing fee. Can I bring my pet?
YES! We love our furry friends, however please be advised that we expect the car to be returned in the same clean condition in which it was rented. There will be incidental charges for cleaning or for scratched or ripped seats. We encourage you to put a towel or cover down on seats/floor, and to ensure all hair is vacuumed prior to return. All renters should know that as a pet friendly car, there may be some dog hair. Thanks!

The car ran great, is fun to drive, pickup was easy and the host was very responsive. But the gas wasn’t full and the inside was dirty with some trash from previous renters. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky in the past but this was different than my previous experience.
