Guests are responsible for paying parking fees to pick vehicle up from airport. Parking fees range from $17-32 per day. A ticket will be left in the car for DIA delivery. When returning leave a ticket inside the vehicle for host

A guest will be charged $75 for estimating fees and $75 handling fee! In addition to these fees turo will charge a $500 damage deposit or $3000 damage deposit depending on damages. Typically it is in your best interest to work out and settle damage claims with your host

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for parking fees paid, as we incurred these costs when delivering the vehicle. If for some reason you can’t make it to pick up the car, please communicate this!

Good car, straightforward instructions. Hail damage on car but that was disclosed beforehand. Overall a good experience.

Everything was exactly as described. James was more than communicative, courteous, and approachable. He was very thorough on the expectations of his vehicle on the front end, and therefore that led to no problems, and was easy to meet expectations. Should I go back to the Denver area? I will utilize this gentleman moving forward without a doubt. James is super mindful, aware, as well as reasonable. Would book again! Car was clean and ready to go. Only slight issue was pickup/dropoff location doesn’t appear to be a real address, so had to map to a nearby address.
