I enjoy working with the company however this car needs to not be in their inventory. It runs well but there were some inconveniences such as the trunk is broke so often it would keep saying that the trunk is open when it’s not and also the key locked me out a few times. They did offer to swap vehicles but couldn’t. Other than that it was a decent trip.

The vehicle was filthy, and it had a horrible smell. Even when I spray something it made it worse. Before you rent out the vehicle again. Please make sure you get a deep detail. If not, you will continue to get bad reviews. Other than that, customer service was good.

Car quality 1out of 10 it was very dirty upon picking up the vehicle, no windshield washing fluid, I weird smell , not clean on the inside , multiple gauges on the dashboard, a bulging bubble on the back driver side tire and the right back tire had a screw lodged into it . The host or whom ever I spoke with said they will take care of it that day but I was never contacted because I had to go straight to work work . I was told to Zelle $5.00 for an early pick up as the car was running once I arrived . On my way home from work yesterday I had to constantly fill it up with air . I asked this morning if someone could pick it up so to safety purposes and I was told I had to drop it back off where I got it .where in the toro policy states it could’ve been arranged for another pick up location . Spent my hard earned money for something that I was cautious driving in the entire renting stage .
