Your vehicle will always be clean and ready with a minimum 3/4 tank of gas. If you need assistance, our 24/7 toll-free hotline is at your service. To maintain a great experience for all, please keep the vehicle clean and refrain from smoking of any kind. A fee may apply for violations, as per Turo's guidelines. For minor to moderate rim scratches, there is a $150 fee per rim. Thank you for choosing us. We're here to make your rental hassle-free and enjoyable.
Does gas need to be filled when I return the vehicle?
Please note guests are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee
Do I need to clean the car before returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000808347-Cleaning-policy
Does car come with activated Tollpass
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads as well as a Sunpass transponder that is accessible at all Florida toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Is smoking of any kind permitted in the car (includes vaping and e-cigs)
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $150 for detail and cleaning services.
What happens if I get a ticket during my trip?
You’re responsible for paying the cost of tickets that result from illegal driving or improper parking. You do not have to pay tickets related to the car itself. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets and related fines received up to 24 hours after the trip ends. If your improper parking results in the car being towed and impounded, you’re responsible for all related costs.
