In order to maintain our reputation of offering clean, luxurious, great-priced rides - we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy on the following: 🔹 Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, or any other smoking device. 🔹 NO PETS allowed in our vehicles. In the event you return a vehicle and we notice our NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies were dis-regarded: you will incur a post-trip charge per Turo’s policies which can be viewed here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines . 🔹 PLEASE Re-fuel our vehicles with PREMIUM GAS (93 Octane in TX). Please provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS upon the return of the vehicle. In the event you do not provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS from your trip reflecting PREMIUM GAS was used in our vehicle, you may be subject to a damage claim submitted through Turo to protect our vehicle from potential engine damage. Convenience is our main priority for ALL of our customers. We aim to over-deliver on each trip experience by offering the following: 🔹 Toll tags on all vehicles. At the conclusion of your trip, we will upload your toll charges into your trip for reimbursement. This service is accompanied by a small convenience fee - helping eliminate the headache of receiving your tolls in the mail and paying them at a premium rate! 🔹 Vehicle re-fueling AT COST + a $10 convenience fee issued through Turo. If you are in a hurry and don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle to the level it was received, don't sweat it - we've got you covered! We will re-fuel your vehicle and upload the receipt for reimbursement, PLEASE SELECT the PRE-PAID REFUEL EXTRA to activate this convenience for your trip. 🔹 We have the ability to accommodate all travel schedules and pick up/drop off times at our office, chosen local delivery, and Love Field Airport locations for an additional custom delivery charge if it falls outside our business hours.

• Are your vehicles regularly maintained and serviced?

  Yes. We take great pride in maintaining the "Newness" of the vehicles in our fleet. All of our vehicles get washed and vacuumed upon the completion of every trip with a guest. We also deliver all of our vehicles with a full tank of Premium gasoline. • What if my flight arrives/departs outside of your business hours... can I still reserve one of your cars?

  Yes! We have the ability to accommodate all travel schedules and pick up/drop off times at our office, chosen local delivery, and Love Field Airport locations for an additional custom delivery charge if it falls outside our business hours.

• Are your vehicles accurately represented in the pictures?

• Does this vehicle come with a Toll Tag?

  Yes. Your vehicle will have a Toll Tag Transponder on the windshield, in addition to the vehicle's license plate that is registered with all North Texas toll roads for your convenience. The vehicle's specific Toll Tag Transponder ID is listed in the VEHICLE DESCRIPTION. This Toll Tag Transponder ID will be used to track your tolls ran during your trip, and reimbursement will be requested through the Turo app once your trip is complete!
