CHECK-IN PROCESS--> The check in process will be IN-PERSON at our hub location, which is a (Dollar Tree store). The address is 2900 Walnut Hill Ln Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75229. You will meet with one of the Co-host on the right hand side of the building where you see the wall in big flower graffiti and wording that spells out PLAZA in big black letters!, The keys will be handed off along with any other questions or concerns that might need to be addressed!

This car is not a 2020 I expected better features also the back up camera is off and the power steering needs work

The fact that a review is used to provide your experience and you used this time to write false information. ONE. My vehicle is a 2020 Dodge Journey and your first statement is thats not the case. SECOND You expected better features and when i asked you in person if you had any issues with your trip you said "you wish the vehicle had bluetooth" which i have in my description that this 2020 dodge journey DOES NOT come with bluetooth capabilities yet you decided to book it any way. FALSE REVIEW.
