I will notice even if you tried to let the windows down....just don't do it.) ▪️‼️(TOLLS/PARKING TICKETS)‼️ If you drive through any tolls during the duration of your trip i will receive a master bill within 3-5 days that will then be billed out to your account accordingly. Specific Toll tag ID/Transponder for this vehicle is DFW.05134959. All tolls and parking tickets incurred during the trip will be the guest responsibility. ▪️(Please drive safe and responsible). The Trax must come back clean and the fuel filled completely.

CHECK-IN PROCESS--> The check in process will be IN-PERSON at our hub location, which is a (Dollar Tree store). The address is 2900 Walnut Hill Ln Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75229. You will meet with one of the Co-host on the right hand side of the building where you see the wall in big flower graffiti and wording that spells out PLAZA in big black letters!, The keys will be handed off along with any other questions or concerns that might need to be addressed!

The windshield wipers need to be fixed and the check engine oil light came on minutes after picking up the vehicle. We ended our trip early to minimize any risks

The guest kept my vehicle for the entire three days that she rented it and never spoke a word about any issues and even returned my vehicle late and more than likely wrote this review in retaliation to bringing my vehicle back, not full and me charging her for tolls as well as gas smh

Car was very nice, clean, and Steven was very quick to respond with a few questions I had. My car needed a new starter, so I used this app for the first time until I was able to get my car fixed. I was even able to turn the car in early with no problems. Will use this service again. Thank you Steven!
