In the event you return a vehicle and we notice our NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies were dis-regarded: you will incur a post-trip charge per Turo’s policies which can be viewed here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines . 🔹 PLEASE Re-fuel our vehicles with PREMIUM GAS (93 Octane in TX). Please provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS upon the return of the vehicle. In the event you do not provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS from your trip reflecting PREMIUM GAS was used in our vehicle, you may be subject to a damage claim submitted through Turo to protect our vehicle from potential engine damage.   • Are your vehicles regularly maintained and serviced?

    Yes. We believe that regularly servicing and performing routine maintenance is essential to keeping our vehicles in top-notch condition. The majority of our fleet of cars are 2017 or 2018 model years and fall under both manufacturers warranty and service schedules. All of our vehicles are maintained and serviced at the franchise dealership from which they were purchased (Sewell family of dealerships in Dallas, TX). All oil changes, service intervals, tire rotations, tire conditions, and registrations are current and regularly performed. You can drive our vehicles with the confidence of knowing that your safety is our highest priority.

Great ride! Easy pick up and drop off. The only issue is the sunroof cover would not close back completely. Would be nice to have owner manual to understand all the interior buttons.

Rental car services are supposed to be lenient with wear and tear on a rental car. I ended up getting the car towed at my apartments because I forgot to put a visitor pass on it. A little scratch showed up (less than 2 inches) and I got quoted $535 to fix it. Seems like the people who are really trying to make a profit on there cars will destroy you with upcharges and anything minor thing on the car to make more money. Will not be using again.

We always aim to be lenient on as much as we can with wear & tear, but unfortunately we are not the size of corporate rental car companies. Due to the tire gouges, 6" hood scratch and rim damage from your trip, we had to re-paint the hood, replace the tire and refurbish the rim. We hope this helps clarify things as it is never our intent to up-charge any customer.
