No Smoking, No towing unless approved by me, No off-roading or beach / sand dunes, Pets are ok with additional fee (see extras). Drivers will be billed for tolls. Drivers will be billed for Additional cleaning / de-odorizing expense if needed. NOTE: There is no spare tire for safety reasons - if you have a flat tire please call me to arrange for tow or roadside assistance. Do not attempt to repair a flat or change a tire yourself. Renter will be charged accordingly on a case by case basis we will negotiate and determine financial responsibility as necessary.
