LATE FEE'S- 30 minutes to 1 hour 59 minutes late: ½ the average daily trip price and a $50 improper return fee 2 hours or more late: Average daily trip price for 1 day + $20 late return fee and a $50 improper return fee **Improper return fee may be charged if the guest is unresponsive, abandons the vehicle, causes a trip cancelation, or other reasons determined by Turo. NO PETS- Service Animals must be disclosed before all trips. Guest who transports a pet without permission will be charged a fee of $150, and could be removed from the Turo platform for violating Terms of Service. NO SMOKING- Smoking of any form is not allowed inside the vehicle. Guest will be charged a $250 smoking violation fee and could be removed from the Turo platform for violating Terms of Service. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. FUEL- Please return the vehicle with the same level of fuel you received it at. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel you will be invoiced the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10 convenience fee. CLEANLINESS- If the vehicles interior and exterior cleanliness is not satisfactory at the time of return due to irresponsible or abusive behavior, a cleaning violation fee of $150 plus a 3% processing fee will be charged. Obtain the following information: - The name, address, and phone number of each driver, passenger, and witness - Vehicle information (license plate number, year, make and model). - The insurance company and policy number for all vehicles involved. - If possible, take a photo of the accident scene and damages to the vehicle(s) when it is safe to do so. 3. Report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. - You can report accidents on the Turo mobile app
