Brayden and his business were going through a bit of growing pains with staffing a month ago when I picked up this worthy model X. Brayden has set all right with his store, operations, etc. This model X is a pleasure to drive and use…especially with the free supercharging.

Very slow to respond before and during the trip. There was no adapter so I could only charge with Tesla brand chargers. The check out process was strange as they didn’t have me check out in the app initially. The car needed a software update and air in a tire. It only had about 65% charge when I picked it up. There was no windshield washer fluid. The car has water spots all over the exterior.

Brayden, or Tesla Brayden as I refer to him, is the guy to see for Teslas to rent, lease or buy. Brayden is very prompt and professional with his communications. This model X is a wonder to drive and use. I love all the space, visibility, features, power, free supercharging, etc. I had a couple minor non functional problems with this particular not new model X but Brayden was on the ready with remedies. Overall a great experience and I will definitely rent from Brayden again.
