Charged me 30 dollars because I didn't take it through car wash. Reverse camera doesn't work and wasn't mentioned in ad.

This guest was only charged $8.32 for extra miles used, not $30 as he claimed. the car has 2 cameras by the tailgate. Guest is very dishonest and will not recommend him to anyone that love his ride.

The flex was perfect for the trip!

Simon was awesome. We had previously used the Ford flex in February and Simon told us if we ever needed anything or needed to negotiate a price just to let him know. Our vehicle broke down and we needed a rental so we contacted Simon to see if he could work with us on a price of $46 a day instead of the $52 a day that the Ford flex was for, Simon agreed to $46 a day and even blocked off the Ford flex for two weeks to make sure it did not get booked while we had it. He allowed us to extend the rental at our pace and as long as we kept him informed of what we needed. He made sure it was done. Will book again. Great Host

Clean comfortable ride met our needs. Good value on busy holiday. Responsive host and on time delivery. Knocked a star due to a few annoying maintenance issues (backup camera, power window, wipers) and awkward airport pickup/dropoff was not worth the added fees.

1. Dallas love field drop off/ pick up was $80 charged Not $120 as you claimed.
2. New Back up camera installed due 2023 and works perfectly to replace the built-in camera and I explained how to plug-in and use before you pick up.
3. Back wiper blade was blue taped at the last minutes car washing, I expect you to remove the tape before use…
