the worst service I have ever received. car totally contaminated with marihuana. I used only 2 hours. Impossible to drive this with my family.

Customer service is my priority; thus, saddened to read your review. After being informed of the unpleasant odor coming from the A/C, providing full amends for your concern took precedence. Promptly picking up the vehicle at the time and location of your choice. Authorizing Turo to process a full refund for time vehicle was used, waiving both drop-off and pick-up fees. The smell has since been eliminated. Thank you for your feedback. Wishing you and yours all the best.
