He was professional and vehicle ran great no complaints definitely will be doing business with him again.

The size of the car met our needs, the pick up was easy and the host was easy to work with. But we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the car and the fact that the key fab markings were completely rubbed off, therefore we couldn't figure out which button did what. I shared with the host that the car was stale and needed deep cleaned (carpets)and a new key fab would be nice. A warning light came on which concerned us but upon return the host indicated that the dealer indicated it wasn't a problem. I mentioned that should have been told to us as not to worry. I believe it's a new purchase for the host, and has the potential for a being a great rental but if these issues were resolved it would make it worth the daily rate. The host was receptive to this feedback.
