The checkin process was smooth and Daneisha was pleasant. The reason for the 1 star was the checkout process. Right when I booked my trip, I asked if I could pay to drop the car off at the airport rather than bring it back to her since I'd be cutting it close from leaving work. We talked in person when I picked up the car and she agreed to $50 and me coordinating the dropoff with her at the airport. The day of, I confirmed with her that I would see her at the airport. She then asked if I could bring it to her instead (1 hour before my flight boards). I pushed back and advised its inconvenient for me at this point and im already cutting it close to my flight, and had to fill up the car. But, my mistake, I reluctantly agreed. When I arrived, she wasn't there and my uber was pulling up so I messaged her that I was leaving the key in the passenger door. Some other woman came out yelling from a distance that the car locks on itself. I opened the door and walked towards her to hand her the key as she said "are you fucking stupid?!". To which I said, I'm not stupid. You guys changed the plan last minute so now I'm about to miss my flight (now boards in 20 minutes). She kept mumbling irritants. I'm sorry, why are you mad at me?? I'm the one missing my flight to appease you! Super disappointing.
