The trip wasn’t bad but I really didn’t like my experience with the host. They were late meeting me the day of which put me behind on my trip, the vehicle wasn’t cleaned , it smelled horrible. The tank wasn’t full but I didn’t complain because things happened. When I returned the vehicle I was there before my checkout and no one was there to meet me. I was told I was too earlier my checkout time was at 7pm and I reached out 6:20. I left the vehicle and at 10:58pm. I get a message about cigarette smoke. I feel like if the host was there when I checked out the smell of smoke could’ve been addressed. I responded back to the host no response but I was charged for additional mileage before they mentioned anything about smoke smell but then tell me they been trying to get the smell out for hours. That should’ve been the first thing addressed when they checked the vehicle but I was charged for additional mileage first.

Smooth pickup and drop off. No hassling during my trip. Clean vehicle inside and out. If ever needing to rent again I’m definitely booking with Nya.
