I arrived to find the vehicle heavily damaged on the passenger side. I was in a bind needing to take my son to college and was assured the car had work done since being hit. It did not sit right with me paying over $500 for a damaged vehicle. The ride was not smooth and my nerves were frayed the entire time. I did not have time to wait for a refund and get another vehicle due to the college drop off. This makes me leary of Turo and its checks and balances. I made Ty aware, She said “thanks for your honesty and we will fix the issues”.
