The communication regarding pick up and the physical location was convenient. The host was responsive and helpful. The carseat that was added on was good quality and condition, as was the vehicle. The unlimited miles was so great for the peace of mind when so many attractions are spread out.
A note I wish I realized ahead of time is that the vehicle does not have usb ports to charge phones, and I was not able to connect to Bluetooth to play downloaded music during drives.
