This was our first car rental with Turo and everything went very smooth. Thomas was prompt with his responses to us and was clear about the details of the airport pick up and even provided us with pictures of the Jeep Cherokee. The Cherokee was very clean and full of gas so we could hit the ground running. I would definitely recommend Thomas to anyone looking to get a Turo rental and hopefully his Cherokee is available on our next trip to Colorado Springs.
