Book this Brand New 2020 Nissan Kicks S, is the best subcompact SUV with a roomy cabin and easy-to-use infotainment system. Very reliable, economic with a variety of safety features and is a family friendly vehicle. - I respond quickly to assist you with any questions. - Car is disinfected before every trip. - USB Cable for iPhone is provided inside vehicle - The vehicle has a sunpass on it, so you can drive with confidence over the Turnpike and Express Ways. When you return the vehicle I'll check the Sunpass account and send the reimbursement request through Turo of your total Sunpass fees. Sunpass Transponder # 026599111010 -----------Required by Host----------- -Valid Driver's License For everyone’s safety all pick ups and drop offs will be contactless and the key will be on the lockbox located on driver side window. With Turo’s new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car: 1. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says “add photos” tap there to upload. Guidelines

Read carefully before booking, these terms are strictly enforced: No smoking of any kind in the car, in the event of smoking in the car there will be a charge for a completely detox of between $150 to $250 No pets, in the event of any pets there will be a charge of $150 to cover deep cleaning. No eating inside the car, in the event of any oil marks, food residues there will be a charge from $50 to $250 for deep cleaning. No excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting & tire burnout. Additional notes: - GPS Tracker: Car is equipped with multiple GPS Trackers and is monitored 24/7. - USB Cable for iPhone is provided inside vehicle if lost there is a $15 fee to replace it. - The vehicle has a sunpass on it, so you can drive with confidence over the Turnpike and Express Ways. When you return the vehicle I'll check the Sunpass account and send the reimbursement request through TURO of your total Sunpass fees plus a $5 Admin fee will be added. Promotions (Temporary): - Upload a photo or photos of yourself and the car with a high definition camera/phone, photos will be used for promotion purposes only on my social media platforms. At any time if you wish to decline this promotion just simply message me through the TURO messaging. The discount will be active after your trip has completed after which you have 60 days to book a trip on one of my vehicles only. Subject to approval and promotion/discount may be declined by any means. Conditions may change at anytime without notice. Binding Agreement you agree to the following by booking: 1- You agree that you are personally responsible for the $2,500 out of pocket to cover any damages caused during your trip. If damage is less than deductible You further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver license and that it is valid. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5- You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 6- You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7- You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. Those Guidelines are not negotiable and are fully enforced if you cannot comply with these we cannot move forward with the trip. Incident info card is in the glove compartment along with the phone number to 24/7 customer support and roadside assistance. In case of an accident or in need of roadside assistance contact Turo at 1-415-965-4525 or email support.turo.com. Also please inform me on the Turo app if an incident has occurred.   • Do I have to clean the car before returning it?

    You should return it in the same condition you received it, if not there will be a charge of $30 or more plus Admin fee from Turo. But you can buy the extra cleaning post-trip and do not have to worry about car cleaning. (NOTE: Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal if found of any there will be a charge of $150+)

  • Is Toll free?

    No, at the end of your trip I will look and see if there were any tolls used during your trip if there was there will be a charged for the amount used plus Admin fee from Turo.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unless you pay the pet fee, no, pets not allowed, if evidence of pets there would be a $150 fee plus TURO admin fee.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, zero tolerance. The driver will be charged $250, if found evidence of smoking.

  • Do I have to bring the fuel/gas full?

    You will have to bring back the car at the same level of fuel/gas as you've received it, unless you have purchase the prepaid refuel then you will not have to worry about refueling at same level when returning it.

  • Am I required to upload my drivers license?

    Yes, with Turo’s new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car: 1. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says “add photos” tap there to upload.
