Nhat is All Star Host, on Turo since 2016. *Easy PICK UP from O’Hare airport or Chicago Downtown* (15-20 minutes only) since our fleet is near Montrose blue line station so you can take the train, bus to drive to here to get the car easily We do contactless check-in so the guest can come anytime after the booking time to get the car without any hassle. We run a small fleet of different types of cars including small economy cars, full-size sedans, SUVs, and minivans. We also provide a car seat, stroller, rooftop tent for camping, bike rack, cargo carrier, etc. And we are very flexible to arrange any car to fit your plan. Please make sure to return the car to a spot that has no street sweeping / no parking for at least 24 hours after the end of your trip and on the left side of the street For some reasons, I may not online sometimes so I can not reply immediately for anything. Therefore when you return the car, just please: - Return close to 4504 N Keokuk Ave as much as possible. - Check out with pictures of mileage and gas level when you finish the trip - Leave the key inside the visor organizer. - Lock the door by press the lock button on the driver's door. - Send me the exact address where you park the car

wonderful communication throughout my entire trip; and Nhat was a great host to provide additional instructions and direction regarding specifics. He always made sure my questions were answered promptt and very thorough as well! Highly recommend renting any vehicle with Nhat!

Nhat is a great renter. He adjusted to my convenience and dropped off and picked up the car right outside the airport doors. Definitely renting from him next time

It was ok. I just didn't like the process, which was different from all other rentals. I had to check in first before I got the key which made it hard since how can i check the car if i don't have the key to see the state of the inside, usually its opposite with most renters here. Also, the car was given to me in a not so clean state. He also was rushing me because his area had nosy, grumpy neighbors , and if that's true, he should park his car elsewhere. It's safer. Overall, the car served its purpose but most likely won't rent from this person again.
