Great first experience with Turo! Great experience with Dmitry as well :) The car was clean and in good condition. They responded promptly to my messages and were very accommodating to time changes. I would consider renting from Turo again, especially Dmitry!

The car went out of battery after an hour in, the host came to rescue late, but was very helpful to give us full refund and called Turo to issue cancellation. They were very helpful!

This was our first time using Turo so we were a little unsure of what to expect. Pre-trip, Dmitry and Alena reached out to provide helpful information. The Highlander itself suited our family’s needs for a spacious SUV for our Lake Country vacation, and I didn’t feel like my kids were ruining anything (not luxury condition vehicle, if that’s what you are expecting). Drove well with no issues. I would definitely use Turo and Dmitry again if given the chance! Thank you!! My only caution was that we requested the car be delivered to Ohare to avoid having to have my 3 small kids walk with luggage excessively and to speed up the pick up process (vs off site pickup). Unfortunately, the vehicle was parked in parking for terminal 1/2, when we arrived on terminal 5. I am unsure if the parking structure they chose was the only structure for “Arrival” parking, or if there was a miscommunication about what terminal our airline was in, but it made finding the vehicle very difficult!!! We ended up wasting over an hour trying to located the structure itself, and many airport staff was unsure of the structure location based on the pictures Dmitry provided (i think due to the size of ohare?!). In hindsight, he probably could have given more clear directions that would have taken less time if I’d just done the regular off-site pick up he was familiar with. My only tip would be that they include additional description of where the structures are before your trip (such as “all arrival structures are found in terminal 1 and 2, regardless of airline”… if in fact that is the case), otherwise, please be sure to park the vehicle at the terminal of the airline provided by client! When traveling to an airport you aren’t familiar with, ease and clear direction are a MUST, especially since I paid extra for the “convenience” of airport pickup.

This is the second time we've rented from Dmitry. First time was super easy and so was this - great communication, car was clean, etc. I'll rent again next time I visit Chicago!!
