2019-NISSAN-ROGUE-SPORT-AWD-SUV-IL-CX76102 I. INSTRUCTIONS/CONDITIONS: 1. PICK-UP(Check-in) AND DROP-OFF (Check-out): Please message/text 2 hours before your arrival time. Once you arrive here, please text us and wait at the pickup address. we will meet you in 5 minutes at this Dollar Tree parking lot location. Address: 5347 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL-60625. Only the primary driver can check-in and check out the car. 9AM to 8PM. 2. KEYS: You shall collect the keys at check-in time. lost key charges $200. 3. TURO MINIMUM PROTECTION PLAN INSURANCE: The guest must opt for one of the minimum insurance protection plans from Turo to book this car. 3. DOCUMENTS-CAR SHARING AGREEMENT & INCIDENT INFORMATION CARD(TURO INSURANCE)-MANDATORY: Please print the copies of your Car Sharing Agreement and Incident information Card (Turo Insurance Card) from the Turo app and present these documents along with your Driving License at the check-in time. Please carry the physical copies of these documents with you during the rental period. Please present these documents when the law enforcement officer stops you during your trip. The car registration is inside the dashboard. 4. GARMIN GPS DEVICE: A five-inch Garmin GPS Device is installed for navigation. 5. CLEAN AND HYGIENE-MANDATORY: NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO FOOD, NO DINE-IN, NO PETS, NO TRASH, INSIDE THE CAR. IF WE FIND ANY SMOKING SMELL, ALCOHOL SMELL, FOOD SMELL, FOOD STAINS ON THE SEATS, TRASH, A $500 FINE IS CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD. 7. AS-IS CONDITION PHOTOS: Please take photos of the car, odometer, fuel level, before and after the trip. The photos of the as-is condition of the car are uploaded to Turo app at the check-in and check-out time. If the car is returned in as-is condition without any damage, you will receive a Checkout-successful message. If there is any damage to the car, you will receive Check-out failure/car damage messages in your Turo app. 8. 100% FUEL LEVEL: We will fill the fuel tank 100% full level at the start of each trip. Please when you return the car, keep the fuel tank 100% full level, and return the car. $100 Fine if fuel is not filled to full level at the return. The closest fuel station to our address is Mobil-5300 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60625, you can refill the tank here and return the car. 10. LATE RETURN/TRIP EXTENSION: No late return of the car, other renters will be waiting for the car. Please see that you return the car on time. A late fee of $50 per hour is charged if the car is late. If you would like to extend the trip time another day or two, you can do that from the Turo app. We shall approve/reject based on our schedule. 11.TOLLS: After each trip, within 30 days you shall receive a reimbursement invoice for the tolls in the Turo app. Please accept this and pay the invoice. 12. TRAFFIC CAMERA TICKETS/PARKING TICKETS: You will be responsible for any traffic camera tickets, parking tickets, or any other tickets during your rental period. No Contest. After each trip, within 30 days you shall receive a reimbursement invoice for the tickets in the Turo app. Please accept this and pay the invoice. 14. PRIMARY DRIVER ONLY: The car must be driven by a Primary driver approved by Turo only. Turo Insurance is valid for primary driver only. It is strictly prohibited to drive by some secondary drivers not approved by Turo. If there is a collision, accident when the secondary driver drives the car, you will be responsible for all the charges, payments (sometimes the total value of the car) according to Turo policy. 16. PERSONAL USE ONLY: The car must be used only for personal use. Absolutely not allowed to use for Uber, Lyft, Food deliveries, Package deliveries. No commercial use. If violated, a fine of $500 is charged to your credit card. 17. FLAT TIRE & BREAKDOWNS: If there is a flat tire, breakdown, please call TURO Roadside assistance at 415-965-4525. 18. Fuel Cap: When you would like to fuel the car, press the fuel door open button on the left side of the driver seat. 19. NO DUI. NO TEXTING AND DRIVING PLEASE. 20. CARRYING OF GUNS, DRUGS IN THE CAR IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 21. THANKS FOR RENTING THE CAR. HAVE A SAFE TRIP.
