Trip was not canceled last minute guest showed up late and very loud and disrespectful. I greated her professionaly and she ignored me as she was in the phone yelling at whoever she was speaking with. Tried handing her my car keys she continued to ignore me at that point I wasn't comfortable with the rental and told her to contact Turo to rent a different vehicle. I never No Show, this is false information.
