After checking all the big rental places and being very disappointed in the size of car for dollars paid, I looked into this app!! Alex has been amazing… I am 52, and was not the best with the whole renting from the app part. But she helped me through the whole process. The CAR WAS AWSOME!! So much so that now my wife might want to buy one! And to be honest, she was nervous about the whole rent from an app, much more than me!! Great ride, smooth, amazing handling! What Else…it’s a BMW!!! For the same peace as a small Ford escort at hertz!!! Alex…she is first class just like her car. Thanks again Alex for all the help and support during the whole thing…we will be renting again! No doubt.
