***USE GOOGLE MAPS OR WAZE TO GET TO LOCATION*** Vehicle will be parked on your right hand side next to a dog park, basketball court, and kids park. Please message me once you’ve arrived at the vehicle and I will unlock it. The key card will be located in the center console within a RFID bag. The key card must be removed from the bag and kept with you at all times. Key card must be placed in between cup holder and center console to drive vehicle (labeled in car). Upon vehicle return, please place the key card back in the RFID bag provided and leave it in the center console. Please message me again for return of the vehicle at the same pick up location so I can lock it.

To avoid any misunderstanding please read the following carefully: *** NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO DRUGS *** Late Return Fines. We try our best to get the car ready and available for each renter at the time of their appointment. Of course, we know that emergencies happen, in which case Please Notify us or modify reservation if you believe you will be late and we will try our best to come up with a solution. *** Please, NO SMOKING (Cigarettes, Cigars, Weed, Vaping, E-Cigs, etc.) An additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated. *** If the car gets wet on the interior, please clean off with microfiber towel only. *** Please note: An invoice with any Supercharging costs accrued during your trip will be sent out once the trip is completed. Also when at a supercharger make sure to move the car as soon as it’s done charging to avoid any idle fees Tesla charges. *** if requesting mobile charger, any damages or lost will upon the renters expense. *** If you loose the Key Card, there will be an additional $50 to replace (this is how much Tesla charges). If you loose the charging adapter, there will be a $300 fee to replace that also. *** Return the vehicle in the same condition. *** Notify me if the car incurs any damage while under your care. Notify me if you will be late for return. *** Tesla mobile access is not to be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify me first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. *** Any tickets/parking violations occurred will be at the renters expense. *** To preserve the longevity of battery, it is not recommended to charge the car beyond 80%. If you need to charge the car beyond this point, please ask me first. Alternatively, DO NOT let the battery drop below 10 percent. If the car runs out of battery, you will be responsible for getting it towed to a supercharger. *** Invoice will be sent for any tolls acquired for rental period *** All rentals are unique and some rentals may need special rules.
