**Important: Please Read the Entire Guidelines Below** I take pride in providing and maintaining excellent customer service by ensuring that the vehicle you rent is impeccably clean, both inside and out, and has a pleasant smell. Your rental will always start with a full tank of gas. My goal is to give you the best rental experience possible. Please take note of these important policies and guidelines: 1. **Cleanliness**: Please return the vehicle in the same clean and pleasant-smelling condition as you received it. If the vehicle is returned dirty or with unpleasant odors (e.g., from smoking, drugs, food), a cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged by Turo. 2. **Fuel**: Use only premium gas and return the vehicle with a full tank, as it was provided to you. If the tank is not full upon return, Turo will charge you for the difference. 3. **No Pets or Smoking**: Pets, smoking, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A fee of up to $150 will be charged by Turo for any violations. (You can add a pets option in the Extras Section) 4. **Driving Conduct**: No racing, reckless driving, donuts, peeling out, or any abusive acceleration. These actions are illegal, damaging to the engine, and dangerous. The vehicle is equipped with a tracker that monitors speed and unusual accelerations. 5. **Parking and Bumps**: Be cautious when parking near curbs and driving over bumps, dips, and driveways. The car is low, and the front bumper can be easily scratched or dented. Any noticeable damage will incur a repair fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
