Turo only allows hosts to use certain airport decks, all of which require using a shuttle from the terminal to the deck. The Express Deck is covered and easily accessible. We will cover the pick-up parking fee. Guests are only responsible for the $24 drop-off parking fee, for which we will send a link to purchase the ticket.

🔸Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. A fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with 100% fuel. To find the best deals on fuel use Gasbuddy.com 🔸NO PETS ALLOWED- Although we love our little fur friends we do not allow pets of any kind in our vehicles. There will be a $150 fine if evidence is found. 🔸This vehicle is equipped with GPS TRACKING. 🔸If you would like to modify your trip please let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. 🔸I will ensure the vehicle is cleaned before your trip. Please have the same courtesy for the next renter and bring the vehicle back clean (trash and personal belongings out of the vehicle) Any items found after the vehicle is turned in we will dispose of those items. 🔸Tires will be measured before and after every trip. 🔸No need to wash the exterior. Washing is complimentary on us. Unless the vehicle is extremely dirty then you must return it clean or a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. Above all else let us know if there is anything we can do to make your reservation a 5-star experience.

Great communication, was very quick to answer all the questions I had about the process, and how to handle pick up/drop off. Took my family to the Smokey Mountains for New Years and I’m so glad I booked this SUV -it handled the mountain curves and climbed the steep hills like a beast. The car was clean and in great condition. Pickup at Charlotte airport was easy and painless. Very happy with the rental and would recommend the sequoia to anyone needing a three row vehicle or simple something spacious and comfortable.
