Guidelines
This vehicle is given to you in a cleaned condition and with a full tank of gas. Please return the car in the same condition as when you picked it up. There are a couple of options you can add before checking out if you want to pre-pay for these services, otherwise I’ll request reimbursement through Turo for dents, new scratches, toll fees, moving violatiin tickets, over mileage or missing gas. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the vehicle, and the driver will be charged a violation fee of $100. Host will provide complimentary napkins, mints, and other convenient items in the vehicle. Host will charge for late drop-offs longer than 30 minutes. Driver is responsible for replacing the missing key with an associated cost of $200. Driver is responsible for any tolls that occurred while traveling and will be billed after renting an extra $15 plus toll fees for any fees that occur after their trip. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN DELIVERY.

Car was very clean upon pickup! Full tank, easy to find location, quick and easy overall. Car drove really well, was pretty good on gas also. Breyanna was very responsive, helpful and thorough when I reached out prior to picking up and also when I had questions about my drop off. Would definitely recommend.

But comunication and poor instructions and I have to paid extra money in parking lot to pick up and return the car.

Sorry for the delay in communication. I'm glad you were able to retrieve the vehicle and park it back where it needed to be. Clearly, communication was good enough to retrieve the vehicle and return. I'm glad you had a safe trip.
Parking is not included in delivery, and this is explained in the description of the vehicle. You did not pay for parking for pick up,although I will be processing an invoice for this. The client must pay due to turo losing the contract with the clt airport may 2023.
