You and your families/friends' satisfaction means the world to us. So, naturally, we put a lot of love and care into our vehicles to ensure your ride is as smooth as possible, but to uphold our vehicles' impeccable quality, we need your help with a few things. These are: 1. Smoking, of any kind, is strictly prohibited within the vehicle. If remnants of smoking is found in the vehicle upon return, this includes the scent of smoking, a fine up to $500 can be assessed. 2. We also request that no food be eaten within the vehicle. We understand this can be difficult with little ones when going far distances. However, this is strictly prohibited. Instead of eating within the vehicle, we encourage you to take a look through your route to find a restaurant or quick spot to stop and eat before getting back on the road to eliminate the risk of potential food/drink accidents, as any stains or damage could result in a deep clean & conditioning fee, no less than $200 3. We do a thorough wash, clean, and check-up after each reservation and do take detailed photos of the vehicles afterward. However, we are human, so if you notice anything out of sorts, please let us know right away! This really helps us maintain the vehicle to ensure it's up to our standards for you and future drivers.
