Guest First Name Vehicle Make ALL LOCAL GUEST FROM THE CHARLOTTE AREA The Parking Spot facility located at 6210 Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte, NC 28214. We do remote check-ins, meaning there will be a lockbox on the vehicle so you can let yourself in and lock back up whenever the vehicle is returned All guests must pay $15 for parking. We charge this because we keep all of our vehicles parked at the airport location for your convenience. After parking is paid, the lockbox code will be provided. You will pay directly to me because all of our vehicles have a barcode scanner that will open the parking gate for exiting and returning vehicle so no need to stop at the gate it will automatically open

Car was clean as straight from the factory and spacious. Donald, the host, was easy to deal with, detailed and understanding. Pickup and dropoff instructions and location were easy to follow. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

The car was clean and drove well, but a couple of things could’ve been better. It was given to me with only half a tank of gas, which made returning it less straightforward. I also had trouble exiting the parking lot and reached out to the host, but the response—“I sent you the instructions”—felt quite dismissive. A little more support utilizing bite sized information (instead of an ESSAY of instructions) to leaving the lot and a full tank would’ve made the experience smoother.
