Car was as described and pick up was easy, even being off site. Had to pay almost $40 to get car out of the lot

Like I told you, this guest, all guests are required to pay for parking to offset any delivery fees we do not charge for that. Any additional fees will be refunded $12-15 is what Express parking costs anything more will automatically be refunded

I came for a business trip as I always do, the exchange of the rental was great! Donald was very communicative .. instructions for pick up and return were easy.
