The vehicle will be parked in the Whole Foods parking lot close to the highway, near Hollywood Feed. Upon check-in, we will let you know exactly where the car is parked and give you an access code for the lockbox, which is located on the driver window. All you have to do is enter in the code and hit the unlock button. Remove the key from the pouch, replace the pouch into the lockbox, close the door and the lockbox will automatically lock itself! If you need to get back into it, no worries, your access code will work for the duration of your trip!
Guidelines
⛽️ Premium Gasoline ⛽️ The vehicle requires PREMIUM fuel only. Please do not fill with any other fuel type or else there is a risk of serious engine failure, which you shall be responsible for. Please return the vehicle with a FULL tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of gas, you shall be billed for the cost of refueling plus a $10 service fee. You can purchase pre-paid fuel to ease your mind and return the vehicle at any fuel level! 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping 🚭 There shall be absolutely no smoking and/or vaping of any substance inside the vehicle at all times. Not only is it a Turo policy, but it is a policy of ours. We like to give every guest the same clean and comfortable experience. Therefore, we ask that if you need to smoke please do it outside before your ride. If we find evidence of smoking we will have to report it to Turo and there may be a penalty of $150. 👮♂️ Thou Shall Obey 👮♂️ All traffic fines, violations, and parking tickets are the responsibility of each guest. Please obey all traffic regulations and drive safely. Any and all citations during the rental period shall be billed to the guest through Turo.
