The backseat right seatbelt was broken so we couldn’t use it. I told the owner so they’re aware. For what we paid this should have been taken care of previously.

You didn’t notify me during the trip, if you had, I would have sent someone for repair or swapped the vehicle!
After I got the car back I jiggled the seatbelt a bit, it works perfectly there is nothing wrong with it, it was slightly twisted.
I accommodated you for a last minute early morning delivery to your condo and was very flexible on your return.
I have 426 five star reviews because I try to go above and beyond for every guest as I did for you. Your review is puzzling to say the least.
