Pickup was easy and straightforward. I had plenty of experience driving (and charging) electric vehicles, but this was the first time using Tesla with regenerative braking. Recommend advising drivers they should look up single pedal driving, which takes about as much acclimation as the shift to electric itself. Dropoff was also simple, especially since there is no need for a physical key, just the Tesla app. I thought that doing the Edge car wash might be a hassle since it adds about 15 minutes to the drop off. However I think it’s a fair trade for the low price of the ride.
