Guidelines
- This car should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please choose my "post-trip cleaning" extra if you want to skip cleaning on your end. - This car should be returned with the same charge as when it was received(~90%). Please choose my "Prepaid EV recharge" extra if you want to skip charging on your end. - No smoking is allowed inside the vehicle at any time. If smoke damage does occur there may be a cleaning fee of up to $250. - Notify me ASAP if the car incurs any damage while under your care.

The car itself drove great and Selvy was pretty responsive. The only issue I had was finding charging ports. There are not many in the area especially outside of Raleigh making it a huge inconvenience.

Had issues finding compatible chargers that worked but eventually we found some and it all worked out. Great car and great experience.

Trip was made incredibly easy by Selvy. Dropped off and AC was even running for us! Car was clean and free of any issues. Ioniq 5 is fantastic. Only issue we had was with charging. The included charger is a Level 1, which plugs into a standard outlet. We thought we could use this charger at our Air BNB, but that was wired for a Level 2 charger, which uses 240v and a different plug. Just had to find the nearest Electrify America station, and charging went quickly and smoothly.
