MMK was a very responsive host! We had an issue in that the person who rented the car before us smoked. Not just cigarettes- that is bad enough. But the most obnoxious cigar stink ever. It made me nauseous just getting in the car. At 8am MMK was available and fortunately had another vehicle for us to switch to. They were very kind and did not take issue, they just looked for a solution.
just a note about Turo though. Apparently they do not back their car owners up when they report damage to the car from smokers? Unless the owners can find hard evidence cigarette butts and ashes they will not penalize the people who smoke in the vehicle. As a non-smoker this is a problem. I probably will not rent from Turo again because of this issue.
